Today, the organisation is led by Mr Awadesh R. Soni, who carries that same sense of purpose across all three divisions of the group. Under his leadership, Ekta Security Force, Ekta Transport Co., and Ekta Facility Management Services have each grown in scale while holding firm to the values and standards that built this group’s reputation in the first place.

The company was established under the able inspiration and guiding spirit of our honourary advisor Mr. Ramchandra Soni. Born in the year 1946 in a noble family of Madhya Pradesh, Mr. Soni is a man of great vision who believes in achieving great aims with a strong sense of purpose, discipline and commitment.
Mr. Awadesh R. Soni
Proprietor
The team is headed by Mr. Awadesh R. Soni, who is the proprietor of the organization. Mr. Soni was born in a noble family of Madhya Pradesh whose father and grandfather held distinguished posts in police and armed forces. He is committed to provide crime free society, which is without fear and terror.
Aditya Awadesh Soni
Director
Representing the third generation of the Ekta Group legacy, Aditya Awadesh Soni combines traditional values of discipline and service with a modern vision for sustainable growth, strategic leadership, innovation, operational excellence and long-term value creation across all divisions of the organisation.
Mr. Ashok K. Srivastava
Commander
Mr. Ashok Srivastava, born in 1950 in North India, is Chief Advisor. He served 25 years in the armed forces and held various international roles. A member of the Security Association of India and National Safety Council, he played a key role in developing disaster management policy with the Municipal Commissioner.
