• The company does not take any responsibility for leakage, shortage, breakage, spoinage by sun, rain, water or by weather, sender is not responsible for proper packing & damage.
  • Fresh fruits are carried at the absolute risk of the sender. They are not to be soiled on the way.
  • The company will send the goods at the earliest opportunity in one lot or in part lots according the convenience of the company.
  • The goods will be delivered to the Holder of the G.R. against payment of charges or as per agreement. The company will not be hold responsible for wrong delivery if G.R. is lost and no intimation given to co.
  • No claim will be enternained after 15 days from the date of consignment.
  • In case of home delivery it shall be taken immediately on arrival of the lorry, unless otherwise settled.
  • The delivery of the goods will have to be taken within 3 days after arrival at the destination failing which demurrage at the rate 50 N.P. per 35 kg. per day will be charged.
  • The company takes absolutely no responsibility due to breakdown or vehicle enroute and of the consequences thereof.
  • When once the delivery is given against the receipt no claim will be entertained after that on any account.
  • If the goods are wrongly assessed by octroi, custom people, company will not be responsible to that effect and claim shall be made on the octroi people or the consigner as the case may be.
  • Difference if any in actual weight as compared with G.R. fair will be recovered at the destination, fair plus 25% extra.
  • If the goods of G.R. do not arrive at the destination within 10 days the senders should serve the company with a registered letter or otherwise, the company will not be responsible for claims there after to this account.
  • If the delivery of the goods is not taken within a fortnight the company reserves the rights of putting the same on public sale for the due.
  • The company does not take responsibility against loss if the goods are not insured.
  • All disputes which can not be settled amicably, will have recourse to the court of law at Thane only.
